Cheese Tasting, Thurs, 8/14, 7-9pm. A unique opportunity to taste a wide variety of goat
cheeses side by side, and learn which wines pair best with them, too!
Long Lunch: Summer Soups, Thurs, 8/21, 12-2pm. In and out in two hours, this class is
perfect for you to escape from work for a "long lunch" and come back mentally refreshed (and full of great food and new ideas!).
Sushi, Tues, 8/26, 6-9pm. Sample sake as you create your own perfect sushi rolls and nigiri, learning
about the fish and other ingredients, and tasting as we go!
