I really enjoyed preparing the meal and I realized that I learned many
techniques that I can use on other meals. I can't wait to get started on
the Basics series! This is so much Fun.

About Our Classes
Culinary Communion is based on the idea that food and wine bring people together. Our classes
are fun, casual, and enjoyable; our students quickly become our friends.
Our cooking classes
(Individual or Series)are completely hands-on, with everyone cooking; there are no more than
12 students in a class. We believe in learning
by doing instead of just watching. Classes are sort of a cross between a cooking lesson and a
dinner party: at the end of each class, we sit down and eat the meal we've created together.
Our Living Room Wine Classes are also fun, casual, and entertaining
as well as informative, with a maximum of 16 students. We gather in the living room
to taste small bites, sample wines, and hold discussions.
