Culinary Communion

Just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the European Series. I really appreciate the effort that you put into each class, from the menus/recipes to the background pages. It really helps to have the historical reasons behind the cuisine.

Cuisine of Crete & Greece Series
New Series Begins in May 2008!

Chef Gabriel returns from our Cooking Tour of Crete just days before this series begins. He brings back Cretan homestyle recipes, rich Cretan olive oil, and a ton of inspiration!

The Cretan diet is the quintessential "healthy Mediterranean" diet, based on olive oil, fish, greens, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and a little meat. The Northwest's bounty of fresh produce and seafood matches well with the availability of similar foods in Crete, and we are able to easily translate the healthy and delicious Cretan diet for Pacific Northwest enjoyment!

Join us for this delicious class featuring delicious Greek food with a heavy emphasis on Crete, along with lots of stories and pictures from the Chef's trip to Crete.
