My 15-year-old was up baking until midnight last night so that we had fresh cinnamon rolls when I woke up this morning! What did you DO to him?!? I love it! |

Ages 12-17: Focus on Techniques & Skills
This session is full; please see below to be placed on the wait list.
This five-day session will focus on techniques and skills, from building comfort with the chef's
knife to flipping the contents of a sauté pan like a pro, and much more.
Includes a field trip to
Pike Place Market where we'll learn about the wide variety of foods available, from the
fishmonger to the produce stand to the spice market. Each day's learning goals will be
accomplished through the group's cooking a communal meal together, with each student spending
quality hands-on cooking time.
The schedule below shows the learning focus for each day along with sample menus from previous sessions; please note that
the menus for the 2007 sessions are TBD and these menus are merely samples.
