My 15-year-old was up baking until midnight last night so that we had fresh cinnamon rolls when I woke up this morning! What did you DO to him?!? I love it! |

Ages 7-11: Cuisines of Asia
This five-day session will focus on some of the cuisines of Asia, including China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Each day will feature an overview of the
culinary "layout" of the country, with kids smelling and tasting commonly-used ingredients,
talking about techniques, etc. We'll cover lots of classic Asian dishes that kids will find
fun and useful to make on their own, later. Each day's activities will cover some culinary language terms, ingredient
ID and familiarization, and of course, cooking.
Where:
CC House, Beacon Hill.
Who:
Taught by Chef Katie Coleman and Chef Gabriel Claycamp.
When:
Monday through Friday, July 21 - 25, 2008. Class time is 9 am to 2 pm, every day, and includes

entirely by the kids. Parents or guest are welcome, but their attendance is not mandatory.
