Culinary Products Available Through CC

We are glad to welcome students into our home for classes
and into the culinary community we're building. We understand that while companionship and know-how are some of the
most important elements of cooking, having good tools and fun toys at hand is important, too. We're branching out into
being able to offer some of these items to you at good prices. We do not want to make a sales pitch or change the
intimate, fun environment of classes, but do want to make this service available to you.
If any of the products described below are of interest to you, talk to us! Credit card processing will be added to the
site soon, as well as more products and photos.
Gift Certificates are also available for online purchase!

$9 per stem ($56/box).

Wine Charms
That Wine is Mine! wine charms are the perfect way for you and your guests to identify your own wine glasses at
a party or group wine-drinking event. Just fasten them around the stem of your wine glass3each one is different,
with lovely little charms. These are indispensible at class when we've got a dozen full glasses amid our cooking
accoutrements! Wine charms are $18 per box of six (but may be offered at a special in-class discounted rate).

Microplane Graters
Certain kitchen tools and gadgets are more important than others. A grater that's hard to use, doesn't work worth a darn,
or cuts your fingers is amazingly frustrating. We knowwe experienced that frustration until we picked up a
Microplane a few months ago. This is a tool you might have seen in your dad's workshop (or in your own); it was originally
designed for woodworking. But some brilliant person brought it into the kitchen, and boy, are we glad. The original
Microplane Grater/Zester is awesome for grating Parmigiano, ginger, and coconut, and for zesting citrus. The new Ribbon
Grater is designed for soft cheeses, making cool curls for butter, and shredding cabbage and apples. The small spice
grater works wonders on whole nutmeg and other little things. We whole-heartedly recommend these products, and sought
them out to retail for that reason. Each Microplane is $10.
